4. Prohibited Listings and Activities

a. Drugs and Prohibited Substances

The sale, purchase, distribution, promotion, or facilitation of illegal drugs, narcotic substances, psychotropic substances, and other prohibited substances is not allowed.

b. Sexual Solicitation and Exploitation

Advertisements offering or soliciting sexual services, paid sexual encounters, or other forms of prohibited sexual solicitation are not allowed. Content involving sexual exploitation, human trafficking, or the sexual abuse of minors is strictly prohibited.

c. Illegal Items and Activities

The sale, purchase, exchange, or promotion of illegal goods, stolen property, counterfeit goods, prohibited weapons, or any other items or activities prohibited by applicable law is not allowed.

d. Fraud and Scams

Fake advertisements, phishing attempts, fraudulent financial schemes, impersonation, deceptive offers, and advertisements intended to cheat or defraud users are prohibited.

e. Restricted and Regulated Products

f. Offensive or Harmful Content

6. Advertisement Monitoring, Reporting and Removal

LocalChoice actively monitors advertisements published on its platform to help maintain a safe, reliable, and lawful classified advertising environment. We take prohibited, misleading, fraudulent, and inappropriate listings seriously.

Reporting an Advertisement

Advertisements on LocalChoice include a Report Ad button that allows users to report listings they believe are illegal, fraudulent, misleading, inappropriate, or in violation of our Terms and Conditions.

Users are encouraged to use this feature to bring questionable advertisements to our attention. Reports help us review listings and take appropriate action where necessary.

Review and Monitoring

We regularly monitor advertisements and may review listings based on user reports, our own observations, or other relevant information.

User Responsibility

The availability of a Report Ad button and our monitoring efforts do not transfer responsibility for an advertisement from the person who posted it to LocalChoice. Advertisers remain responsible for ensuring that their listings are genuine, lawful, and compliant with these Terms and Conditions.

7. User Responsibility and Transactions

LocalChoice provides a platform for users to discover advertisements and connect with advertisers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we are not a party to transactions or agreements between users and advertisers.

Users should independently verify the identity of advertisers, the authenticity of products and services, prices, credentials, and applicable terms before making payments or entering into agreements.

Users are responsible for their own decisions and interactions, subject to applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property
